Social Justice Now Film Festival Unveils 2025 Lineup Showcasing Global Stories of Justice and Change

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 18, 2025) – The Social Justice Now Film Festival (SJNFF), presented by the Art In Black foundation, today announced its 2025 lineup, set to stream exclusively on ABFF PLAY from March 21-30, 2025. The third annual edition, sponsored by Sony Pictures Entertainment, will feature twenty independent films, spanning short and feature-length narratives and documentaries, tackling social and economic challenges impacting Black and Brown communities across three continents.

The SJNFF was established to provide a dedicated platform for film-related artistic endeavors that amplify underrepresented voices, educate audiences, and promote racial equity and social change.

It expands the conversation to people in over 125 countries, now able to see the important work these talented and fearless filmmakers and activists, are doing.
